Top headlining comedians to perform live in Beijing for a good cause!

Magic Hospital is a terrific organization based here in Beijing which brings laughter to sick, neglected, orphaned and abused children (sort of along the lines of Patch Adams if you've seen that movie). All ticket proceeds from this show will go to Magic Hospital, so come along and your laughter will bring laughter to kids in need!

What: Big laughs hit Beijing with ChopSchticks presented by The Comedy Tour on Saturday April 14th at 9:00pm at BCIS (Beijing City Int'l School) which is just south of Soho New Town (map below). BCIS has an awesome, comfortable theatre and the event will be catered by the most excellent Sequoia Cafe with doors opening at 7:00pm selling great food and drinks.

Who: Paul Provenza headlines - which should rock. Paul's been a headliner for decades and has had dozens of appearances on Johnny Carson, Jay Leno, David Letterman, Conan O'Brien, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Showtime, HBO - the list goes on and on. You may also recognize Paul from the TV shows The West Wing or Northern Exposure or, if you're old skool enough, you may even remember him from The Facts of Life back in the day.
Jamie Kilstein opens and is a fast-rising star in NYC and has been been featured at The Comedy Store and in the Boston Comedy Festival.

When: Saturday April 14th, doors open at 7:00pm for food and show starts at 9:00pm. Come early and grab a bite as Sequoia Cafe is selling food and drinks before the show (proceeds will also benefit Magic Hospital)!

Where: Beijing City International School (BCIS) which is located south of Soho New Town just north of the Carrefour on No.77 Baiziwan Nan Er Road. Map at the end of this email and also here

How: To get tickets now call 1342 623 5777 - all proceeds will go to Magic Hospital! Tickets are 250RMB at the door and 220 in advance up to Thu Apr 12th. Food and beverages sold separately, some assembly required, batteries not included ;-)
